A Letter to My Younger Self
Saturday, January 22, 2022

A healing workshop for a winter afternoon. Think back to a younger version of you, facing a challenge, a major life change, or a key decision. What guidance or comfort did Younger You long to hear? What life lessons do you wish you could have shared, and what hints would you like to offer about what lies ahead? Writing a letter to our younger selves strengthens our compassion for self, our gratitude at what we’ve experienced and our appreciation for our life journeys.

A Love Poem for Someone Special
Saturday, February 5, 2022

To love is to live! In a workshop celebrating all kinds of love, we will build our ‘heart muscles’ by exploring our feelings for a loved one -- whether romantic partner, family member, or cherished friend. We will begin with playful warm up exercises, then go deeper and finally, write love poems.

This is your opportunity to create the ultimate Valentine’s Day gift – for whoever in your life needs it most.

No writing experience or knowledge of poetry necessary. In fact, if you think you hate poetry, this is the workshop for you!!

Mum can be frustrating, exasperating and infuriating . . . all with the best of intentions.  (She can also be brave, inventive, funny and generous . . . when we remember to notice!)  In the run up to Mother’s Day, this workshop will explore with humour and compassion one of life’s seminal relationships.

After initial exercises, I will guide you to write a thank you letter to Mum that just might be the best Mothering Sunday gift ever!
